Introducing... Midweek (Healthy Eats) with Chef Michelle

Hello! I am Chef Michelle of Citrus Catering and Events and The Foodie Blog. Kenya has invited me into her s p a c e to share some healthy food and recipe tips to boost energy and to keep you healthy inside and out. The foods we eat affect us in more ways than we realize and my goal is to help you choose the right foods and to teach you healthy and delicious ways to prepare them.

 Some topics that we will review over the next few weeks:
